Our trainers are all certified Medical Exercise Specialists. This allows us to do the following:

~ work with you if you are currently suffering from acute or chronic injuries

~ continue to rehabilitate you if you have undergone surgery or prepare you for your surgery

~ train you if you have a medical condition that requires special guidelines or exercise prescription

For example, some of the conditions we routinely deal with are: patella femoral pain, full knee and hip replacements, ACL reconstruction, diabetes, osteoporosis, rotator cuff injury, ruptured/bulging discs, and many more.
