BMX OFF-SEASON STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM

The off-season is where champions are forged. We are offering a program that is engineered specifically for BMX racers who want to improve their riding in every way - including their competitive edge.

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN:

  • RESILIENCE & INJURY PREVENTION: Build a bulletproof body that can withstand the demands of intense racing and training, keeping you on the track and off the sidelines.
  • MENTAL TOUGHNESS: Develop the discipline and focus that translates directly to race day performance.

THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES:

  • BMX-SPECIFIC STRENGTH PROTOCOLS: Power, hypertrophy, and functional strength exercises tailored for the demands of BMX.
  • HIGH-INTENSITY CONDITIONING: Drills designed to improve your anaerobic and aerobic capacity, crucial for multi-moto events.
  • AGILITY & MOBILITY WORK: Enhance your responsiveness and flexibility to react faster and prevent common rider injuries.
  • EXPERT COACHING & ACCOUNTABILITY: Structured sessions with professional guidance to ensure proper form, progressive overload, and maximum results.

Training Options:

1. Four-Person Group Training Program: Dominate the track next season with our exclusive BMX Off-Season Strength and Conditioning Program. Join our small group training sessions every Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. at our Coventry Hills location. For $175.00/month, you'll get expert coaching and a structured plan featuring BMX-specific strength protocols for power and hypertrophy, high-intensity conditioning to boost your endurance for multi-moto events, and agility and mobility work to help you react faster and prevent common injuries. (minimum of two people per group to run the session). Group Training will be at our Coventry Hills location. 

2. Personalized One-on-One Training:  This option involves a customized program tailored to the specific needs of the athlete. We would conduct an initial evaluation to determine strengths and weaknesses, allowing us to focus on targeted improvements. The cost for one-on-one training is $75 per session, and the number of sessions is entirely at your discretion. With One on One Training you will have the choice of our Royal Oak and Coventry Hills locations.  

3. Online Coaching: Maximize your BMX off-season with our online coaching program, designed to build explosive power and strength for a competitive edge through personalized, progressive workouts.  Get the structured support, accountability, and direct coach access you need to eliminate guesswork and dominate the track next season. FLIP FITNESS TRAINING specializes in athletic performance enhancement. We are invested in the success of the BMX community (our son is an active thriving member of the Airdre BMX Club.) We are tailoring all training programs to the individual riders that enroll.
