*Women's Groups*

This is a ladies only program for beginner to intermediates focusing on increasing overall general fitness. Our first two groups filled so quickly that we decided to offer 2 more. Don't worry, if you have never worked with a trainer before we will tailor the exercise complexity and intensity to your individual ability level. Working with a Maximum of 4 Ladies allows us the flexibility to adjust programs more easily than with larger groups while still keeping the cost affordable. By using our Video Workouts for this program, you can be sure you are doing your exercises and stretches with Absolute Correct Form. Curious? Scroll down to see a sample workout!

Choose any two days:

Monday Through Thursdays @ 10am 
Monday Through Thursdays @ 6pm


- 2 personal training sessions/week

- 2-3 additional video homework workouts for a total of 4-5 workouts per week
