It's not rocket science, it's simply a whole foods approach to healthy eating that gets results while improving your immune function, energy levels and overall wellness. Nutrition is a huge part of achieving the results you want. Our nutritional programs are always tailored to the individual - never generic. We can design programs for short term accelerated results and/or show you a sustainable, healthy lifestyle approach to nutrition.

Nutrition Rates:

~ Single session 1 hour consult with a personal training package or group training : $80 +gst


~ Single session 1 hour consult without a personal training package: $100 + gst



~ Custom packages also available:
Including nutrition consultations and weekly followups with goal setting/results monitoring/photos, etc.
